Shipment Delays - An email notification will be sent in case of emergencies in which were not able to dispatch orders within our designated delivery time frame.
Return Policy - Absolutely no returns on any items.
No Exchanges - Only available in store. Not applicable for purchases online or during any live show
No Refunds - Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Not including weekends or holidays.
USPS and UPS continue to experience delays due to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee delivery transit times at this moment.
Lost / Stolen packages: Cositas Pequenas Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states package "Delivered" and you have not received it, please contact 1-800-275-8777 (USPS) or 1-800-742-5877 (UPS). They will assist you in filing claim.
Shipment Claims / Discrepancies: Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. After this time we are not responsible for any items.
Out of Stock: In the event your order is oversold and out of stock. We will do our best to replenish or provide a full refund will be issued for that item.
